Coordination Services
Alegria’s “day/month of” coordination services allow our client’s to relax and enjoy the experience. Our service includes, unlimited vendor referrals, unlimited email and phone consultations, supervision of rehearsal, (8) hours “day of” to execute ceremony and reception according to confirmed itinerary, creation of wedding day timeline/itinerary and vendor confirmation (phoning of all vendors to confirm reservation and arrival time).  It is our attention to detail and our commitment to how your event looks and how well-organized it is, as well as to how it makes you and your guests feel, that sets us apart.

Alegria offers additional services, upon request, bringing our passion for extraordinary events to the details that matter most to our clients. These services are billed at the rate of $150/hour (plus material costs).
